This facility measures 135 meters in length, 72 meters in width, and 4.95 meters in height, with a total floor area of 9,720 square meters. It features a portal steel frame structure, with the building envelope constructed using field-assembled profiled color steel panels.

Phase I Construction of Shaanxi Xinsheng Electrical Co., Ltd. - a new steel-structure plant project comprising 12,000 square meters of production facilities and 6,000 square meters of auxiliary buildings. Upon commencement of operations, the project will establish an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of recycled copper materials and 15,000 tons of oxygen-free copper materials for electrical applications.

This project encompasses foundation treatment, flooring, and interior decoration for the walls and roof. The wall design consists of two distinct sections: leather soft-padding (covering the lower 1.5 meters) and decorative sound-absorbing wall tapestries. The ceiling features decorative aluminum alloy grilles, while the flooring utilizes solid wood sports flooring combined with specialized PVC sports mats.
