At the launch meeting, the participating editorial board members actively offered suggestions, mainly in three aspects: First, given the large amount of content in the atlas, a unified approach was needed to create an atlas template for easier later organization. Second, the atlas should be tailored to the specific conditions of Shaanxi Province. Third, the content should include flat roofs and glass roofs, and flexible roofs should also be included in the atlas.
Zhou Zhi, the chief editor , emphasized that the compilation of the atlas must adhere to time requirements, maintain unified standards, and be completed to a high standard according to each chapter . He noted that everyone involved possesses professional technical and project experience in the steel structure field, and encouraged active interaction within the atlas group to foster intellectual exchange. Furthermore, he stressed the importance of combining this with the specific realities of our province to create an atlas that possesses market value, theoretical depth, and industry impact.
In his concluding remarks , Xing Chu, General Manager of HB Construction, stated that holding this launch meeting was a practical necessity to enhance the sense of responsibility and mission among the participating personnel, and to stimulate their enthusiasm for compiling the atlas. It was also an inherent requirement for advancing the atlas's development. The meeting also set a time for the next atlas discussion, and all participants were required to propose solutions in addition to raising questions. Everyone was urged to fully recognize their responsibilities and approach the atlas with a positive attitude and proactive work ethic , working together towards the established goals.
